Adhesive Specialties also manufactures Thermal Tapes in the variants of D/s PVC tapes, D/s Glass cloth tapes, Transfer tapes, D/s Tissue tapes, D/s Polyester tapes, Aluminium foil tape, Die cuts. These have an excellent thermal conductivity providing a preferential heat-transfer path between heat-generating components & heat sink or other similar cooling devices.
Used to hold components on circuit boards, can be used as a low cost alternative for LED lights, can be supplied as die-cuts also for ease in application, withstands grit blasting & plasma spray, ideal for assembly of LED light bar module and metal frame bezel & heat sink, shows good performance on strip lights & panel lights, suitable for inner wrap of coils and transformers and many more.
Die Cuts made by Adhesive Specialities have a versatile usage capacity and are used for purposes including, EMI shielding, Flex connectors etc. They are available in the form of Foil tapes, Masking discs, Solar panel tapes, Electroplating anodizing masking, Polyamide die cuts, Die cut frames, Specialty shapes, Polyester die cuts, Insulated pre forms, Powder coated masking, Foam die cuts, copper pre forms. Die Cuts can also be custom designed, in different shapes and sizes as per customer requirement.
Adhesive Specialities manufactures Aluminium Foil Tapes, which is 30-micron aluminium foil coated with acrylic emulsion adhesive. The aluminium backing offers excellent reflective properties. The 30-micron aluminium foil tape is also available with hotmelt and solvent acrylic adhesive and with or without liner. Aluminium Foil Tape is used for HVAC (Heat, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) application. It is also used in Appliances, Marine, and Aerospace industries. It can also be used as seaming and sealing for fiberglass duct board and duct wrap to enhance the appearance and maintain vapor barrier integrity. The minimum recommended temperature application is 4°C (40ºF). It can also be used in high/low-temperature applications, EMI/RFI shielding, ducting, thermal spray masking, and protection against welding arch.
Adhesive Specialities manufactured Double Sided PVC Tape, which is a thermal conductive tape made out of PVC film coated with solvent acrylic adhesive. The tape is designed to provide a preferential heat transfer path between heat generating components and heat sinks or other cooling devices. The DOuble Sided PVC Tape offers both good thermal conductivity and electrical insulation properties.
At Adhesive specialities, Double sided glass cloth tape is manufactured from heat resistant fiberglass cloth with a high temperature silicone adhesive on both sides. This double sided glass cloth tape is ideal as an under wrap in demanding coating and masking applications.
Transfer tape is made from solvent acrylic adhesive, at Adhesive Specialities. Transfer tape satisfies the demand of high adhesion and excellent thermal conductive efficiency. The tape is anti-rebound, resistance to warping, heat and temperature resistance, highly transparent with strong adhesion and holding power. Transfer Tapes also have a good bonding effect to multiple kinds of carrier materials. It’s flexible and conformable nature makes it ideal for uneven surfaces.
Double Sided Polyester Tape manufactured by Adhesive Specialities, is a high grade – polyester film coated with solvent acrylic adhesive on both the sides for a quick bonding effect. This polyester tape has a flexible carrier material, strong adhesive strength for curve, rough surfaces and other similar objects. It has excellent heat resistance and moisture resistance and strong adhesion properties and is convenient in using for any general application.
Made by Adhesive Specialities, Double Sided Tissue Tapes are lightweight tissue coated with Hotmelt or Acrylic adhesives. The tissue tapes have anti-rebounding & anti-wrapping properties specially designed to be used in television sets, earphones, loud-speakers, sound box, gift packing of smooth surfaces and LED sticking. Double Sided Tissue Tapes are ideal for name plate fixing, plastic film lamination/bonding, foam bonding.
